February...

Quick recap of our February...

I love this picture of Watson and Graham.  They have such a sweet and special relationship.

A rare family shot of all 5 of us!

Watson got an ant farm for Christmas from Poppa and was SO excited when his ants came in!  Unfortunately, these guys didn't last too long...apparently they were thirsty one day so this sweet boy poured some water in there.  Ants can't swim...  We ordered some more, though, so it will be back up and running in no time at all!

Cousin time in the backyard

Baby dolls like bubbles too :)

Graham and I celebrated Valentines Day in a very romantic way this year..... at the gun range :)

Emma's class had a Valentines Day party

Emma is LOVING her first year of dance.  I can't wait for the recital!

This was sent home in Emma's school folder...clearly the girl loves some food!

"Mommy!  Take our picture while we act like we are sleeping!"

Watson went to Atlanta with Mel and her family for one night to celebrate Hampton's birthday at LegoLand, so Emma and I had a girl day full of fun!

This was the furthest Watson has ever gone without Graham or I - he did GREAT and had such a good time!!

This is the funniest game - I wish I could get the videos to upload but seeing someone get smacked in the face with whipped cream just never gets old :)

On nights that Graham is out on patrol, Emma always comes in the nursery while I am putting Mason down.  She insists that she is not tired and cannot fall asleep in bed...she almost always falls asleep leaning on the ottoman though :)

Graham and I had a lunch in Atlanta for some Passion Conference things, so my dear college friend, Mollie Ann and her husband were amazing and kept all three of our kids so we could go to the meeting.  I love this picture of Anna Claire and Emma playing together and Watson and Mason in the background!

Family Library Time!  Graham is thrilled.

Ten months...

Mason Graham Hill, you are LOVED!

Eating: LOVES food!  And of course, loves to nurse!
Sleeping: Takes 1, sometimes 2, naps a day.  Nurses himself to sleep for naps and bedtime.  Wakes once a night to nurse and then goes back down quickly.
Diapers: size 4
Clothes: Size 12-18 months

You absolutely love to be outside - if you are fussy I can always count on a walk outside to cheer you right up!  (Well, that and a snack...or nursing... :) )

You scared us this month, buddy!  We are still not sure exactly what was happening, but we do know that you had a high fever and you were extremely lethargic.  Thankfully it only lasted a couple of days and then you were back to your happy self, but it sure scared me!

When you have an older sister and an older girl cousin, you are bound to end up in some girl toys!  Clearly, you do not care :)

I have been subbing a lot at Watson and Emma's preschool, so this means you have been going to school a lot as well!  You do really well for the most part, but you are VERY attached to Mommy right now so the transition from Mommy to Teacher is always...well...loud :)

We have laughed SO much at this picture :)  I put another little boy's shoe on Mason's foot and his sweet chubby legs just could not fit.  I mean look at those rolls...is there anything sweeter?!

You, my dear, are HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!  The only time that almost always guarantees tears is handing you off to someone else or when you first get in your car seat.

You are starting to pull up and stand - I caught you in the process of doing this on the monitor so we quickly lowered your crib mattress that same day.  You are also doing a mixture of an army crawl and a regular crawl - either way, you get to where you are going quickly!

January...

January has been a cold, snowy, icy, month filled with lots of fun!  We are definitely ready for the warmer weather so we can get back outside, but I am also loving our slow days hanging inside and staying in our pj's all day.  I know these days are passing quickly and though they are challenging I am trying my hardest to soak up this sweet season with my kiddos.

Sleep over at Mana and Poppa's house - always a fun time!

Everyone loves Daddy

We were expecting snow and these two kiddos were SO excited!!

Keeping a watch on the weather - hoping for some snow!

If you look REALLLLLY close, you can see some snow :)  It was so exciting for the kids, though!

What little girl doesn't love a princess dress?!

Northwestern Mutual party - I am so proud of Graham for being one of the top Reps in his first 6 months! He has worked SO hard - it hasn't been easy, but he has done it and I am thankful and proud!

This month was our women's retreat at the church.  So thankful for the ladies from my Life Group who were there.  It is always a joy to spend time with them and even more so to study the Word with them.

Another Northwestern party!

Watson's class took a field trip to Bud's Best Cookies - I love quality time with my boy!

Emma had Circus Day at school - it was so much fun!

Her sweet class

More snow!

Nine months...

It has been another good month with our sweet boy!

Weight: 21 lbs (75%)
Height: 29.5" (90%)
Size diaper: size 4
Size clothes: 12-18 months
Sleeping:  Still wakes once a night, but goes down quickly after nursing.  Naps 1-2 times a day and sleeps around 12 hours a night (with that one interruption!)
Eating:  Loves all baby food, nursing and table foods.  We have tried bananas, eggs, avocado, sweet potato, green beans...all sorts of foods and he has loved them all!

Such a smiley baby always!!

Bath time is always a blast!  Nothing better than the smell of a clean baby :)

Swing success!

Table foods are going well!

Mason you have been a tummy sleeper from the day you were born!  You also sleep great in your car seat (thankfully!)  It is so sweet the way you sing yourself to sleep in the car...I will never forget that!

Those bottom teeth are fully in and his two top teeth are on their way in this month!
